About Natasja Paulssen
Natasja Paulssen (1969) is co-founder and director Sales & Marketing at SDL Quatron. Her main interest is human-sensible information, i.e. information that has to be read by people. Content management principles can help bridge the gap from siloed technology to real people. She lives by the following words: “Science must begin with myths, and with the criticism of myths” (Karl Popper), believing that an idea unchallenged is worth less than nothing.
Besides working on projects Natasja developed EPA, an implementation methodology tailored to the information needs of working apart together. In the content management area she developed a Content Management Capability Maturity Model, which helps position an organization’s maturity on the domains content, process, organization, people and technology. She also developed the SPOT communication model, which enables a free flow of information within an enterprise.
